To ensure that our team can be available to make your day truly special, we highly recommend reserving your event or wedding day at your earliest convenience.
By signing our agreement and putting down a deposit, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your stylist is reserved exclusively for your event or wedding. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and no date is guaranteed until a deposit is made for your service with a contract. For bridal makeup and hair services at your location on weekends, a contract is required, while other services such as city hall weddings, weekday weddings, or appointments at our salon for weekend weddings for bridesmaids, a bride or additional women only require a deposit.
For new customers and weekend appointments, we request a deposit of 50%, which can be paid via credit card, Venmo, Paypal, check, or cash. However, for our valued return clients, we offer the VIP pass, which means no deposit is needed.
Rest assured that once your deposit is received, your stylist will be standing by for your event or wedding day and will not accept other work on that day. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we're committed to making your day as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Client Cancellations: We recognize that plans may change, and clients may need to cancel their services. In such cases, we ask that clients provide us with as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing via certified email or phone call. If cancellation occurs less than seven days from the wedding date, we also require direct communication by telephone. Please note that cancellation does not result in a refund of the deposit.
Stylist Cancellations: In the rare event that a stylist may not be available due to extraordinary circumstances, we will notify the client promptly by certified mail. We'll then provide a substitute stylist of equal skill and ability. If there is a reduction in costs due to the substitution, we'll refund this amount to the client. However, if the client prefers not to accept the substitute stylist, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
Service Upgrades: Clients may choose to upgrade their services at any time. In such cases, the client agrees to pay an additional deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the increased service amount. We recommend reserving a stylist as soon as possible for scheduling purposes. Please note that if services are downgraded or reduced, the deposit amount remains unchanged. Additionally, if the client cancels the services, the deposit will not be refunded.
